Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI)-Powered Decision Support Systems (AI-DSS) combine artificial intelligence, machine learning, data analytics, and expert knowledge to improve organizational decision-making. These systems analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data, identify patterns, predict outcomes, and recommend optimal actions in real time. AI-DSS are widely used in healthcare, finance, manufacturing, education, agriculture, logistics, and public administration to improve efficiency, accuracy, and strategic planning. This paper discusses the principles, architecture, applications, benefits, challenges, and future prospects of AI-powered decision support systems.
