Abstract

Ethical Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Responsible AI Governance have become essential for ensuring that AI systems are developed and deployed in ways that are fair, transparent, accountable, secure, and aligned with human values. As AI is increasingly used in healthcare, finance, education, government, manufacturing, and public services, organizations must address ethical concerns such as bias, discrimination, privacy, explainability, accountability, and regulatory compliance. Responsible AI governance provides policies, standards, and oversight mechanisms that promote trustworthy AI while minimizing risks. This paper examines the principles of ethical AI, governance frameworks, real-world applications, implementation challenges, and future directions.
