The Role of Emotional Intelligence in Academic Achievement

This review paper examines the relationship between emotional intelligence (EI) and academic achievement. It highlights how emotional awareness, self-regulation, empathy, motivation, and interpersonal skills influence students' learning, classroom behavior, academic performance, and overall well-being. The paper concludes that integrating emotional intelligence into educational practices can enhance both academic success and holistic development.
