Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming Human Resource Management (HRM) by improving recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, workforce planning, and organizational decision-making. This review paper examines the applications of AI in HRM, its benefits, implementation challenges, and future prospects. It concludes that responsible adoption of AI can enhance HR efficiency while maintaining fairness, transparency, and ethical decision-making.
