Abstract

The Work From Home culture has gained significant momentum due to technological advancements and global disruptions such as the COVID-19 pandemic. This study analyzes the impact of remote working arrangements on employee productivity and organizational outcomes. It examines both the positive and negative aspects of working from home, including flexibility, work-life balance, reduced commuting stress, and increased autonomy. At the same time, challenges such as communication gaps, isolation, lack of supervision, and blurred work-life boundaries are also explored. The study highlights how productivity levels vary depending on job roles, organizational support systems, and individual self-discipline. It emphasizes the importance of digital tools, effective leadership, and clear performance metrics in maintaining productivity in a remote work environment. The research concludes that work from home can enhance productivity when supported by appropriate policies, technological infrastructure, and employee well-being initiatives.
