Abstract

Digital transformation has become a strategic necessity for organizations seeking competitiveness and sustainability. This study examines the challenges associated with managing organizational change during digital transformation initiatives. The study emphasizes that technological change must be accompanied by effective change management strategies to ensure successful implementation.
