Database Management Systems (DBMS) is quite a crucial tool in the information systems of today because it enables the efficient storage, retrieval, and management of huge amounts of data as well as keeps that data safe. Urged by the fast technological advancement, which has seen the growth of cloud computing, IoT, big data analytics, artificial intelligence, among others, traditional databases are transforming to fit the new standards of performance, efficiency, and security. These might include the new possibilities in the realm of database management systems, product range of af data management tools or something different. And while change is already upon us, new issues will arise; not least – new data management technologies! "Although a pleasant task, the review of theoretical data in this paper is more than merely a recount. Especially given the current situation in these areas. it is, thus, constructive to distinguish between the static elements which have not changed and the dynamic ones emerging with the new technological developments". Modern database management systems are not limited to the collection of data and other management tools but also extend to analysis and the management of data representing the existing situation. Available such tools include the existing data warehousing techniques based on using such databases that at the same time allows for the improvement of information and data organization techniques.
